In the i360™ program we begin with a thorough business assessment built on the iASSESS™ process. Once completed and validated with our client we work to modify the business goals and objective based on the iASSESS findings. Once the revised plan is agreed to we will move into the iCAP™ stage of the process and focus on customer acquisition programs and effected procedures. Of equal importance is the iDEA program which focuses on the retention of existing and newly acquired customers as well. It is essential throughout this process that each step be directly associated with the means and methods of measuring and monitoring each effort. This is part of an ongoing program so as to, determine what is working and what may need modification. The objective is to increase our timely knowledge of, not only the actual results, but have a clear view of the activities leading to the results.
